You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are derived from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nustargame.xom and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Upon termination, any funds remaining in your account (after deducting any amounts owed to us) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closing your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to our customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and nustargame.xom with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Service.
